NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMIZATION:
When placing order; If you don’t see the glitter vinyl, vinyl color, or font option you were looking for, please message me or kindly add your requests with your order notes. I usually have extra colors around that haven't made it to the website.
Something different in mind? Please feel free to ask about our other glitter, vinyl or font options. I would love to provide and customize all for you. There is a file upload option below for ideas you would like me to use.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Your order ships within 1-3 weeks after payment has been made.
In order to receive your items faster than the estimated date please add the "Rush order" to your order along with the priority mail express at the checkout.

WHAT IS A RUSH ORDER FEE:
If you need a last minute order this one is for you. When you add the Rush order fee at the checkout, we will move your order to the head of the order processing queue and your order will be shipped in 2-5 business days.

RETURN/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized and made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Thanks.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
Please double check your address as you are checking out. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to wrong address. We are not responsible if an order shows that it has been responsible if an item shows that it has been delivered to the address that you provided. Please make sure you are shipping to a safe location.
