WHAT IS A RUSH ORDER FEE:
If you need a last minute order this one is for you. When you add the Rush order fee at the checkout, we will move your order to the head of the order processing queue and your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand wash is recommended. Avoid extreme outdoor or indoor temperatures. If you have a cup with bling or rhinestones then it is NOT microwave safe. Please follow the care instruction card that comes with your package.
RETURN/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized and made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Thanks.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
Please double check your address as you are checking out. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to wrong address. We are not responsible if an order shows that it has been responsible if an item shows that it has been delivered to the address that you provided.
